After more than 15 years in project, program, and portfolio management, I’ve learned that great delivery isn’t just about process — it’s about connection. It’s about linking strategy to execution, building trust across teams, and creating operating rhythms that actually drive results.

Over the years, I’ve built several PMOs from the ground up, led large-scale Agile transformations, and helped organizations turn ambitious strategies into measurable outcomes. Along the way, I’ve earned my PMP and PMI-CPMAI certifications from the Project Management Institute, along with credentials as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and SAFe Practitioner.

But credentials only tell part of the story. I created The Strategic PMO to share practical insights — not theory. To help PMO leaders, project and program managers, and change agents bring structure to chaos without losing sight of the bigger picture. And honestly, to keep learning myself.

This space is for anyone who believes that strategy and execution should work hand in hand — where governance empowers teams instead of slowing them down, and where metrics tell a story instead of filling a dashboard.
